According to the China Securities Journal and China Securities Network, the National Healthcare Security Administration announced on March 27 that on March 25, the National Healthcare Security Administration held a special symposium to comprehensively promote the reform of centralized volume-based procurement of drugs and medical consumables. Chen Jinfu, Deputy Director of the National Healthcare Security Administration, attended and delivered a speech. Some members of the expert group from the Price and Procurement Center of the National Healthcare Security Administration, heads of medical institutions, and enterprise representatives participated in the meeting. The attendees unanimously agreed that the centralized volume-based procurement of drugs and consumables has achieved remarkable results, and actively offered suggestions and advice on implementing the General Office of the State Council's "Opinions on Promoting the Normalization and Institutionalization of Centralized Volume-Based Procurement of Drugs" and comprehensively advancing the reform of centralized volume-based procurement of drugs and medical consumables.
