Product Features  
1. The SBS standard plate rack features a 6x8 or 8x12 array arrangement and can be used in conjunction with laboratory automation equipment (such as liquid workstations and automated refrigerators).  
2. The tube body is made of medical-grade, low-temperature-resistant polypropylene (imported PP): It features ultra-high transparency, an excellent balance of rigidity and impact strength, high gloss, high hingeability, and low odor. This material is particularly suitable for medical applications requiring gamma-ray sterilization. This grade complies with USP Class VI and FDA standards.  
3. The SBS standard plate holder is made from imported PC raw materials and is suitable for high-energy radiation sterilization. It complies with many ISO 10993-1 test medium viscosity requirements and is ideal for transparent components in medical devices.  
The plate rack features a simple and robust mechanical locking mechanism, facilitating high-throughput automated operations.  
4. Two-color injection molding integrated process: The bottom features an internationally standardized Datamatrix QR code etched by laser onto cryovials, ensuring excellent stability. A one-dimensional barcode is pre-installed on the side, along with a clearly visible numeric display and a writable area. The vials are resistant to contamination and abrasion, withstand high temperatures and pressures, and can be repeatedly frozen and thawed. The numbering can also be customized according to specific requirements. (The writable area can be customized with white background and black text or black background and white text.)  
5. The cap features a pressurized sealing design, and the raw materials used are imported PP of medical-grade radiation resistance, consistent with the pipe body material. The outer screw cap is molded in one piece, while the inner screw cap is produced via two-color injection molding. The sealing ring is made of food-grade TPE, ensuring a tight seal that is resistant to leakage.  
6. The internal U-shaped bottom design facilitates the full utilization of samples;  
Produced in a Class 71,000 cleanroom and sterilized by gamma-ray irradiation.  
8. No DNAase, no RNAase, no pyrogens, no endotoxins, and no cytotoxicity;  
9. Acceptable temperature range: -196℃ to 121℃, safe storage of liquid nitrogen in the gas phase.
