1. SBS standard rack 6*8, 8*12 array layout, compatible with laboratory automation equipment (liquid workstation, automated freezer, etc.);
2. Tube body made of medical-grade low-temperature resistant polypropylene (imported PP): features ultra-high transparency, good balance of rigidity/impact strength, high gloss, high hinge performance, and low odor, especially suitable for medical applications requiring gamma ray sterilization, meeting USP Class VI and FDA standards.
3. SBS standard rack made of imported PC raw material, suitable for high-energy radiation sterilization compatibility, meeting many ISO 10993-1 test medium viscosity requirements, suitable for transparent parts of medical devices.
The rack has a simple and sturdy mechanical locking function, facilitating high-throughput automated operations;
4. Two-color injection molding integrated process, bottom laser-etched international standard Datamatrix QR code cryogenic tube, stable side preset one-dimensional barcode, clear numeric code and writing area; anti-contamination and wear-resistant, high temperature and high pressure resistant, can withstand multiple freeze-thaw cycles; numbers can also be customized as needed. (Writing area can be customized with white background black text or black background white text)
5. Tube cap pressure-sealed design, raw material uses the same radiation-resistant medical-grade imported PP as the tube body. Outer screw cap is integrally formed, inner screw cap uses two-color injection molding, sealing ring material is food-grade TPE, sealing is firm and not easy to leak.
6. Internal U-shaped bottom design, conducive to full use of samples;
7. Produced in a 100,000-level cleanroom, gamma ray irradiation sterilization
8. Free of DNase, RNase, pyrogens, endotoxins, and cytotoxicity;
9. Temperature tolerance range: -196℃ to 121℃, safe storage in vapor phase liquid nitrogen.
